5 c. rhubarb (cut up) 4 c. sugar 1 pkg. strawberry Jello Put rhubarb in blender or use a potato masher so there are no large chunks. Mix in pan. Cook over medium heat until sugar melts. Makes 1 large jar or 2 small. |
