FRUIT SALAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
2 lg. bananas, sliced (dip slices in lemon juice to prevent browning)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Stir in fruit and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. (Can be frozen for 4-6 weeks.) Other fruit, like peach slices, grapes or frozen strawberries can also be used.
