CINDY'S 20 MINUTE SPINACH PIE 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls or your own pie crust
2 pkgs. cream spinach (defrosted if you use frozen)
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Line a 2-quart glass pie or metal pie pan with one package of crescent rolls or one pie crust. Put 2 packages of cream of spinach in the pie crust. Mix in 1/2 package of grated Mozzarella cheese into the cream of spinach. Sprinkle the 1/2 package of grated cheese on top. Put second package of crescent rolls on top a as crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
