CORN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
2 cans creamed style corn
2 c. cooked rice
1 egg
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated American cheese

Brown onion in butter; add corn. Mix cooked rice, green pepper, pimento, and sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Beat in egg and pour into casserole. Top with cheese; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This is very good when you serve baked ham.
