1 1/2 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature) 4 tsp. confectioners' sugar 2 canned peach halves (in juice) 2 slices toast Butter for toast Put cream cheese in bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy. Add 4 teaspoons sugar to cheese. Stir well. Cut peaches. Place on paper towels to drain. Toast bread, butter if desired. Spread cream cheese on toast (whites). Place peach in middle (yolks). |
