SHRIMP AND CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 lb. large shrimp
1 pt. real crabmeat
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 diced bell pepper
2 sticks celery
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. bread crumbs
ground pepper or hot sauce to taste

Clean and peel shrimp. Drain crabmeat (pick out shells if you buy crabmeat in a container). Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread evenly into a greased baking dish.

Bake at 325°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until shrimp are pink and casserole is brown on top.
