CHOCOLATE RUM CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 box chocolate instant pudding 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. sour cream 5 tbsp. rum 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 c. chocolate pieces 1 c. walnuts Combine all ingredients together (except chocolate pieces and nuts). Beat for 5 minutes, then add the rest, pour into greased tube pan and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan for 30 minutes and serve. You may want to put a frosting on it or just sprinkle powdered sugar on top. |
