ROCKY ROAD FUDGE BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13"x9" pan. In large saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread in pan.

FILLING: :

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, reserve 2 oz. for frosting
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. nuts

In small bowl, combine 6 ounces cream cheese, sugar, flour, butter, egg and vanilla. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Stir in nuts and chocolate bits. Spread over chocolate mixture. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle 2 cups miniature marshmallows over it and bake 2 minutes longer.

IMMEDIATELY pour frosting over marshmallows and swirl together. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 3 dozen bars.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
2 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. brown sugar
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In large saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate, butter, cream cheese and milk. Stir in sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over marshmallows.
