BREAKFAST BRUNCH 
2 c. milk
6 eggs
1 lb. sausage
4 slices bread, bite sized pieces
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook sausage, cut into pieces. Mix eggs slightly, add milk, bread, cheese, seasonings, and sausage. Mix and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
