BENEDICTINE SANDWICH 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. cucumber
1 tsp. onion

Peel and take out seeds of cucumber, dice 1/4 onion, put in blender until it becomes a liquid.

Let cream cheese become soft and add 1 tablespoon of liquid and a drop of green food coloring; mix together and spread on sour dough bread. If too thin, add more cream cheese.
