MIMI'S OYSTER LOG 
16 oz. can fresh oysters (reserve 2 oz. of liquid)
2 unwrapped 8 oz. blocks cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Slivered almonds

Steam oysters only until edges curl. Cool and mince. Mix cream cheese with reserved liquid and lemon juice and oysters. Form into log. Sprinkle slivered almonds on log. Serve with sturdy crackers.
