MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 box macaroni, cooked
1 lg. chunk extra sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 stick butter

Mix macaroni, cheese, crackers, milk, salt and pepper together. Sprinkle top with extra cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until thick.
