TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla extract

TOPPING:

Vanilla ice cream
Hershey's chocolate topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8 inch pie plate.

In small mixing bowl, beat eggs; blend in sugar and butter.

In separate bowl stir together flour, cocoa and salt; add to egg mixture, beating until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla.

Spread into prepared dish. Bake 35 minutes or until set. (Pie will not test done in center.) Cool completely. Cut into wedges and serve with topping.

For 9 inch pie plate cook 5 minutes less.
