POTATO SALAD 
3 lb. red potatoes
1 1/2 lb. string beans
1 Bermuda onion, sliced thin
4 strips bacon
Good Season dressing mix

Boil potatoes with jackets. Cool and cut into cubes. Steam string beans until still crisp. Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble. Mix Good Seasons dressing and pour over combined vegetables and bacon. Serve at room temperature. Serves 8.
