ORIENTAL MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Garlic (crushed or pound) to taste

Combine all ingredients. Marinate beef, pork or poultry 5 or more hours. Can also do night before.

Our favorite: Marinate skinless, boneless chicken breast. Cook on grill and serve with hot bread, rice and a vegetable.
