FINGER JELLO 
4 pkg. unflavored gelatin (Knox, 1 box)
1 c. cold water
3 sm. pkg. Jello (sugar free)
4 c. boiling water

Put ingredients in the order given in a bowl, adding the water last. Stir until well mixed. Let set in the refrigerator overnight, then cut into 1-inch cubes. Make in 9 x 13-inch pan.
