SEA TAIL QUICHE 
8 oz. crab meat (Sea Tails)
9 inch pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. half and half
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 dashes hot sauce (optional)
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. Gruyere cheese, grated

Mince crab meat in food processor. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix. Pour into pie crust. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes (or until knife inserted near center comes clean). Let cool for 15 minutes.
