SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 lbs. sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. hot Italian sausage (kind in patties)

Grate cheese. Break up sausage. Bring to room temperature. Roll into balls. If hard to make balls put in microwave 30 seconds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. These freeze well and can be used later. Just heat them up 5 to 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
