NO COOK PICKLES 
3 lb. sliced cucumbers, dill size
1 lb. onions, sliced thin
3 red mangos
3 green mangos

In large bowl or pan.

2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. salt
3 1/2 c. white vinegar

Stir liquid several times. Let stand 1 hour. Then pour over vegetables and stir. Put in containers, ready to eat the next day. (Stir liquid often while slicing vegetables.)
