NO COOK RELISH 
2 med. heads cabbage
8 carrots
8 peppers (4 red & 4 green), or all 1 color
2 med. onions
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Grind all of the vegetables and mix together. Stir in 1/2 cup salt, cover with water and let stand 3 hours. Drain and squeeze out. Mix sugar, vinegar and seeds together and pour over ground vegetables. Stir up good. Put in jars and seal.
