BUTTERFINGER CHIP COOKIES | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. softened butter 1 lg. or 2 sm. eggs 1 3/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 8 oz. Butterfinger chips (coarsely chopped) Mix flour, salt and soda. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Add flour mixture, then Butterfinger chips. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Form into balls. Lightly press and bake 11-13 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Cool on wire rack. |
