MEATBALLS 
1 jar chili sauce
1 c. grape jelly
2 tbsp. lemon juice

MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes, like crumbs
1 sm. grated onion
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

To make the sauce, combine the chili sauce, jelly, and lemon juice in a large frying pan. Simmer sauce until the mixture is blended. Do not cover.

In a large bowl, combine the meatball ingredients. Form into bite size balls. Add to the sauce. Cover. Simmer approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally. For main meal, serve over rice.
