1 pkg. McCormick Taco Seasoning
1/4 c. corn meal
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 lbs. chicken wing drummetts

Mix first 4 ingredients together in a plastic bag. Shake wings in the bag, a few at a time, until coated. Place in a single layer on greased shallow baking pans. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Turn wings and bake 10 minutes or until tender.
