SPINACH NUGGETS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped, thawed and drained spinach
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs
2 c. seasoned herb stuffing, partially crushed
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 diced onions
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix spinach, cheese, eggs and herb crushed stuffing. Mix; add butter, onion and seasonings. Shape into quarter-size balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

NOTE: You may make ahead and freeze. When ready, just take out of freezer and place on cookie sheet and heat 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
