SUE'S BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish
3 carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 celery stalks, sliced
Thyme
Basil
Dill
1/4 c. lemon juice

Saute carrots, onions and celery. Place fish on buttered heavy foil, large piece to cover fish and vegetables. Pour vegetables, lemon juice and spices on fish. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
