FRESH APPLE PIE 
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Enough apples to fill 9 inch pie crust

Mix sugar, flour, butter, and spice together. Line bottom of unbaked pie crust with half of flour mixture. Add apples. Then top apples with other half of flour mixture. Add a little water. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Serves 8.
