REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
6 c. thin sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
2 tbsp. salt
3 med. thin sliced onions
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 sliced green peppers

Slice cucumbers and onions; add salt and refrigerate overnight. Boil sugar and vinegar and refrigerate overnight. Next morning drain cucumbers and wash, drain. Add syrup and green peppers. Wait at least 24 hours to eat. Keeps for months in refrigerator, in covered jar.
