RITZ CRACKER BARS 
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
45 crushed Ritz crackers
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. toasted coconut

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and continue beating. Fold in walnuts, vanilla and crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cool; frost with Cool Whip mixed with frosted coconut. Sprinkle a little coconut over top.
