CHEESE FUDGE 
2 boxes confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 stick butter

Mix cocoa, sugar and nuts. Melt cheese and butter together on low heat. Cool, add vanilla. Pour into sugar mixture. Mix well. Pour into slightly buttered pan. Chill one hour. Cut into squares.
