SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
1 egg
2 slices bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
1 lb. ground meat, sauteed and drained

Cook squash in salted water until tender. Add eggs, onions, bread crumbs, milk and cheese. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish. Mix ground meat with all the rest of ingredients. Cover with butter crackers or bread crumbs and bake in 350 degree oven for 34 to 45 minutes. Serve hot.
