COCONUT CRISPIES 
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. white flour
1/4 c. brown sugar or honey
1/4 c. oil and 1/2 tsp. lecithin
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix with your hands after blending liquids. Crumble together. Add enough water to make firm dough. Press out in thin circles on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees until brown. Can be stored and baked later if water is not added.
