CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM 
3 lbs. cream cheese (soften)
8 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
6 qt. ice cream freezer

Beat eggs until thick. Then add sugar, vanilla and cheese. Add milk as needed to help with mixing. Beat this mixture for 25 minutes at high speed. Put into ice cream freezer. Fill up with milk and proceed with regular freezer directions. 6 quart freezer.
