Place muffin halves on baking sheet. Spread with tomato sauce and sprinkle on Italian seasonings and oregano to taste. Garlic salt can also be added. Sprinkle on any favorite toppings, such as browned hamburger, onions, mushrooms, peppers, pepperoni, etc. with shredded Mozzarella cheese the last layer. Place in oven several rows away from hot broiler to melt cheese and heat the middle layers. This is also yummy on French bread but takes longer to heat.
