CHORIZO SAUSAGE 
1/2 lb. lean pork, coarsely ground
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 bud garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cumin

Mix all ingredients. Let stand for 6 hours. You might like this version after you read the list of ingredients on a commercial label. Lymph nodes and salivary glands are not included in the above recipe! Serves: 2 to 3.
