EASY EGG SOUFFLE | |
4 c. seasoned herb croutons 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 8 eggs, slightly beaten 4 c. milk 1 tsp. salt, optional 1/4 tsp. pepper, optional 1 tsp. wet (prepared) mustard 1/2 tsp. dehydrated onion 8-10 slices bacon Grease a 9x13 pan well. Mix together the croutons and cheese and put into the 9x13 pan. Mix together all the other ingredients except the bacon. Pour over croutons and cheese. Partially fry or microwave the bacon. Cut into bite size pieces and lay on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. |
