TURKEY CHEESE PUFFS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. chopped cooked turkey (or chicken)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Combine cheese and butter. Beat on medium speed of mixer until smooth. Add milk and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir in pepper and parsley. Stir in turkey; unroll dough, separate into 4 rectangles. Press perforations to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup turkey mixture in center of each rectangle. Moisten each rectangle with water. Bring the 4 corners to the center over filling; pinching edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until puffs are golden. Yield 4 servings.
