1 lb. ground round beef
1 med. onion, chopped
16 oz. can pork & beans
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Brown and drain meat. Put beans and onion in small baking dish. Add meat to top. Prepare Jiffy mix according to directions on box and spread on top of meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown. (Do not overcook.)
