SAUSAGE FONDUE 
2 lb. sausage, browned & drained
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. shredded cheese
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Place croutons in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle on cheese and sausage. Beat eggs. Add milk and mustard. Pour over top and refrigerate overnight. Mix 1 can of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, covered and 1/4 hour uncovered. Great for brunches and holidays. Serves 6-8 hungry people.
