BANANA NUT BREAD | |
1 c. soft butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 3-4 ripe bananas, mashed 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, 1 at a time beating after each. Add dry ingredients; blend well. Add bananas. Bake in 350 degree oven in a tube (bundt) pan or 325 degree oven in 2 loaf pans, approximately 55 minutes or 45 minutes respectively. |
