JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
3 c. cornbread mix
1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 c. cream corn
1/4 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon
1/4 c. pimientos, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt

Mix well and bake in 2 pans for 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
