HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 (1/2 inch thick) center cut loin pork chops
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
4 green pepper rings

Combine flour, salt and pepper, dredge pork chops in flour mixture. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides. Drain off pan drippings. Combine pineapple, brown sugar and cinnamon, spoon evenly over pork chops. Top each with green pepper ring, cover. Reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes or until pork chops are tender. Yields: 2 servings.
