HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. warm milk
1 can green beans, or other vegetable
1 can tomato soup
5 med. potatoes, cooked
1 beaten egg

Lightly brown meat; add onion and cook until just tender. Add seasonings, vegetable and soup. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mash potatoes; add milk and egg; season. Drop in mounds over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
