KEY LIME PIE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. butter

FILLING:

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. Key lime juice
1 c. heavy or whipping cream
Lime peel

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter, melted. Stir until mixture is evenly moistened. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Combine sweetened condensed milk and lime juice in large bowl. Beat heavy or whipping cream to stiff peaks. Fold into milk mixture until blended. Scoop filling into prepared crust. Garnish with sliced lime peel. Freeze until semi-firm, at least 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
