MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar, salt and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in flour and blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls and place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool. Shake in powdered sugar.
