MERINGUE RHUBARB PIE 
3 heaping c. rhubarb
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and put in unbaked 8 inch pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Then add 9 tablespoon sugar, 3 tablespoons at a time, beating well after each addition. Put on hot pie and return to the oven to brown meringue.
