HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. carrots, diced
2 c. potatoes, diced
2 onions, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can of milk or water
1 c. cut celery

Fry hamburger with onions. Drain off some of the fat. Mix soup, water or milk with the hamburger; then mix with vegetables in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are done. Cream of celery or cream of chicken soup can be used instead of mushroom soup.
