BROKEN GLASS ICE BOX CAKE | |
1 pkg. cherry Jello 1 pkg. lime Jello 1 pkg. orange Jello 1 c. hot water for each pkg. Jello 1 c. pineapple juice 4 tbsp. sugar 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1 pkg. Dream Whip 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 stick butter 1/4 c. sugar Dissolve Jello in separate pans or bowls. Use only 1 cup hot water in each. Refrigerate until firm. Place pineapple juice and sugar in saucepan and scald. Mix unflavored gelatin in cold water and add to hot juice; set aside to cool. Mix Dream Whip according to directions. Cut Jello in cakes and fold into Dream Whip. Slowly fold in juice mixture. Use 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. Add butter and 1/4 cup sugar; mix well. Line bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with crumbs. Press down solid and on sides. Pour Dream Whip mixture over crumbs. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for top. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. |
