HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 chickens, cut up, breasts/thighs best
1/4 lb. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 (14 oz.) catsup
1/4 c. flour
2 c. pineapple juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. brown sugar

Saute onions in butter. Lightly mix rest of ingredients and add to the onions. Simmer until slightly thickened. Place uncooked chicken in 1 layer in pan. Cover with sauce and marinate overnight. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
