SKEWERED STEAK 7 MUSHROOMS 
1/2 c. burgundy wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. MSG
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 pkg. mushrooms
2 lb. sirloin tip steak cut 1 inch thick

Marinate 1 inch cubes steak and mushrooms in mixture for 3 or 4 hours. Alternate steak and mushrooms on skewers and grill. Baste with remaining marinade.
