SALAMI/CHEESE ROLL-UP 
1 loaf Rich's bread

Thaw bread and let rise. Roll out approximately 15"x10" as for jelly roll.

1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
1/4 lb. salami
1 jar Progresso pepper salad (4-6 oz. size), drained

Place cheese, salami, pepper salad down middle of rolled out bread dough. Take one side and fold over middle. Take other side and fold over middle. Seal all edges (tuck and press under). Beat 1 egg. Add 1 tablespoon water and brush mixture liberally on top of roll. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (bake on foil). Slice and serve in whole slices, 1/2" or 1/4" slices.
